基本职责与责任

• Book freight pickups and deliveries against standard lead times and published rates.
• Track shipment status daily and report delays or carrier issues to the Logistics Manager.
• Enter and verify freight costs and shipment data; flag discrepancies for review.
• Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices).
• Perform inventory transactions in SAP including receiving, transfers, and adjustments.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Identify shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies and report them for resolution.
• Populate recurring freight, delivery, and shipment reports from established templates.
• Collect and organize data needed for carrier performance and freight spend reviews.
